○Execution of investment in Mirai Self
MiraiSelf is a startup that provides "mitsucari," a matching platform based on the values of job seekers and employers based on organizational psychology and machine learning technology, with a focus on the fact that a mismatch between personal values and corporate culture is one of the main causes of employee turnover.

As a service for companies, the "mitsucari aptitude test," which presents a fit between the values of companies and job seekers, makes it possible to improve the efficiency of recruitment activities, increase employee retention rates, and further upgrade job assignments.

The "mitsucari" job matching service for job seekers delivers only job information to job seekers from companies that match their values as well as their desired work location and job type. Through these services, mitsucari is steadily expanding its user base, aiming to become the industry standard for matching platforms in the job-hunting, job-transfer, part-time work, and temporary staffing industries.

Professor Takashi Tajima of the Department of Social Informatics, Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University, serves as a scientific advisor to the company, providing advice on how to further advance matching technology using artificial intelligence, including specific calculation methods for the degree of matching based on machine learning theory and social graph research. He is advising the company on how to further advance matching technology based on machine learning theory and social graph research.

Kyoto iCAP continues to recognize mitsucari's potential as a matching platform and MiraiSelf's mission of "eliminating people who feel unhappy at work by eliminating mismatches between people and companies" at a time when labor shortages are becoming more serious and the importance of reforming work styles is increasing, (Head office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and CEO: Ryosuke Ikeda), together with funds managed by Hac Ventures K.K. (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka; Managing Partner: Takashi Kanazawa), through a third-party allocation of 150 million yen in total. In response to the capital increase, an additional investment of 30 million yen was executed.
