(President: Nobuhiro Doi, hereinafter "Kyoto Bank"), Kyogin Leasing Capital Co. (KLC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyoto University, and Kyoto University Innovation Capital Co.

Kyoto Bank, KLC, and Kyoto iCAP have worked together extensively to invest funds in Kyoto University startup companies, hold support events, and exchange personnel.

Based on this agreement, the three companies will build an even stronger cooperative framework in the field of supporting the establishment and growth of local companies, and will actively promote efforts and investments to create university-launched startup companies in Kyoto, a global hub city of startup ecosystems.

Kyoto Bank, KLC and Kyoto iCAP will continue to promote the further growth of university-launched start-ups and contribute to the revitalization and development of the local economy.

(1)Cooperation in supporting the commercialization of research seeds owned by universities and other research institutions

(2)Business cooperation for investment in university-launched ventures

(3)Cooperation in post-investment support for university-launched ventures

(4)Other business cooperation related to the creation of university-launched ventures
