summary | We are a venture capital firm, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyoto University, and invest in the creation and growth of startups that leverage the research findings of the university and other national universities. Currently, the Administration Department consists of one manager and two staff members, and this recruitment is an expansion of the staff during the busy season. Job Description | Telephone support, customer service General internal administrative work (mainly accounting, general affairs, human resources, etc.)(Word/Excel/PowerPoint use). You may be asked to work outside of the Administration Department. Documentation (including electronic documents) Business trip involving outings (10 to 30 minutes each way by bicycle) In addition to the above, there are many unexpected tasks and you will be required to respond to irregularities in a speedy and flexible manner. |
Eligibility for Application | Honest, humble, and mild-mannered, with the ability to communicate smoothly with those around them. Computer (e-mail, Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.) operation skills required Residents who live within commuting distance (approximately 1.5 hour commute) Previous clerical experience Must be able to start work during January 2022. Must be available to work on the days specified by the Company. Average of 2 days per week out of a month schedule (varies each week of each month, such as working 3 days the first week of the month, 1 day the second week of the month, etc.). |
employment status | Hourly employees (part-time) Period: January - May 2022. Approximately 8 to 10 weekdays/month as specified by the Company. Working hours: between 8:30 and 17:30. However, overtime may be ordered. |
