Execution of investment in MiraiSelf, Inc.
MiraiSelf is a venture that focuses on the fact that mismatches in human relations and corporate culture are one of the main causes of employee turnover, and provides a matching platform "mitsucari" based on cultural fit between job seekers and hiring companies using organizational psychology and machine learning technology. Based on employee data from the user company, "mitsucari" provides the company with a fit with the values of the job seeker and enables significant streamlining of recruitment activities, improvement of employee retention rates, and upgrading of job assignments and evaluation systems. We are aiming to set the industry standard for matching platforms in the areas of job hunting, job change, part-time work, and temporary staffing.

The company has also entered into an academic guidance agreement with the Department of Social Information and Media Studies (Professor Takashi Tajima) in the Department of Social Informatics, Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University, to receive advice on how to further advance matching technology using artificial intelligence, including specific calculation methods for matching degrees based on machine learning theory and social graph research. The agreement is expected to lead to further advancement of matching technology using artificial intelligence. Kyoto iCAP has evaluated the potential of the "mitsucari" matching platform in these days when labor shortages are expected to become more serious, and in order to accelerate service development and customer acquisition, Kyoto iCAP has invested the same amount in MiraiSelf through a third-party allocation of new shares totaling approximately 70 million yen due on December 27, 2012. The company invested the same amount in MiraiSelf.
